Recipe 1 (Gingerbread Cookies):
Gingerbread cookies are a must-have for Christmas. They are not difficult to make, but they require a lot of time and ingredients. The dough, using common household items such as molasses, is chilled overnight. Cookie cutters are optional but highly encouraged to create the classic gingerbread man. The recipe posed no difficulties as it was straightforward. I highly recommend this classic Christmas treat for anyone.

Recipe 2 (Hot Chocolate Bombs):
Hot chocolate bombs bring a twist to a classic Christmas treat. They can be filled with homemade chocolate milk powder, marshmallows or other treats. The chocolate powder is made with cocoa powder and sugar while the chocolate balls are made with molded melted chocolate. I recommend using gloves when removing the mold and shaping the bombs as fingerprints can be left on the chocolate without the use of gloves. This recipe posed few challenges, was easy to follow and came out great!

Recipe 3 (Christmas Tree Brownies):
Christmas tree brownies are simple to make. They are similar to traditional brownies with added holiday flare. The brownie batter is easy to make, but make sure to brush your baking pan with canola oil before adding the batter so the brownies do not stick to the pan. Once the brownie batter is transferred to the pan, add sprinkles on top. You can additionally add frosting after baking and then top with M&Ms as an alternative. Also, make sure the brownies are not too fudgy as this will make them harder to cut into triangles. Overall, this was an easy, delicious recipe to make. I highly recommend it.
