Long Tran is a sophomore at Santa Clara High School, and this is his first year in journalism. Beginning new and novel experiences has always been something he loves to do. Tran is an avid learner, or as his eighth grade English teacher puts it, “a student of life.” In his free time, Tran enjoys needle working, such as embroidery or sewing, and writing. He loves spending time outside and with his friends. Tran finds fulfillment in his art and being able to help people.
